We are diverse people that believe and practice genuine collaboration to scale organisations' grit & goals. We've met in 2018 while doing a SAFe training in Santiago (less known by that time), a framework that today concentrates more than 40% of scaled agility practices across the globe.
Since then, each of us were contributing to different business and understanding agile mindset as natural shift towards exponential change that today challenges us.
By keeping in touch, we've knew we needed to grow up until getting back together with entrepreneurial hunger and having in mind open collaboration, with clear agile principles in place. As a result, we took 30 min to embrace SKLN' purpose.
